Data location and sovereignty

LLMedi stands for sovereign processing of medical data. The operating model and processing arrangements for each customer project are defined contractually and technically for the respective installation.

Hosting and access to this website

This website is operated on a server provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, at its Nuremberg server location. Hetzner acts as our processor.

When you access the website, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include your IP address, date and time, the requested page or file, referrer, browser and operating-system information, and the HTTP status. This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and uninterrupted operation of the website. Technical log data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for operational and security purposes.

Transmission between your browser and our website is encrypted using TLS. We do not use analytics or tracking services and do not load fonts or other content from external providers. We do not set cookies when you merely visit the website.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process your first and last name, business email address, the stated institution, and your message in order to respond to your inquiry. Please do not submit patient or health data through the form.

We use FormPost.eu, Lindenweg 20, 64291 Darmstadt, Germany, to receive and forward submissions. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry concerns steps prior to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the efficient handling of inquiries. Data is deleted once the inquiry has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
